What is this? How is it different from a normal VPS?
A lightweight VPS in the United States: dedicated CPU and memory, a dedicated IP, full root and SSH. Compared with a big cloud, it is a flat monthly price with no per-GB bill and dedicated resources that are never oversold — a fit for small, steady workloads.
How long until it is usable after I order?
Ordering generates an invoice immediately, but does not auto-provision — we do not have self-serve online payment yet. The flow is: you order, we agree on a payment method and receive payment, then we provision. Building the machine takes minutes; the wait is us confirming payment, usually within hours and faster during US business hours.
Is the IP dedicated?
Yes. Each instance gets its own IP, used only by you — never shared. It also survives an OS reinstall, because our lines are static.
How do I connect?
After provisioning, copy ssh root@your-ip from the instance page in the dashboard. Key-only login, no password auth; you supply the public key at order time and can rotate it yourself later.
Payment methods?
PayPal and business wire (B2B). There is no self-serve checkout yet: after you order we agree on a method with you, and you must put the invoice number (INV-2026-XXXXXX) in the payment note — it is the only way we can match a payment to your order. We do not offer stored balance or top-ups; invoices only.
Quota / rate limits?
Traffic is unmetered; only your plan bandwidth is capped, plus a connection limit. There is no metered billing, so no surprise bills. Current-period usage and a 48-hour chart are on the instance page.
What happens at expiry?
Paid instances only get a reminder — we will not cut off your business over a few late days. Trial / time-limited instances auto-suspend on the expiry date and are reclaimed (IP released) after 10 days suspended. You can renew at any time.
How much bandwidth?
Standard tiers cap download per plan; those lines are asymmetric, with upload lower than download. For real upload, choose a symmetric tier (50M / 100M, same speed both ways, unmetered — see Plans); higher bandwidth is quoted separately.
Can I send email from it?
Outbound port 25 is blocked by default as an anti-spam measure — standard hosting practice and key to keeping the IP's reputation clean. Use a third-party mail service (SendGrid, Resend, …), which is unaffected.
Refunds? KYC?
Refunds follow the Terms and the refund notice in effect; no refund for AUP-violation termination. Higher tiers / large orders may require KYC / entity verification.
