This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Account: email, entity info (if applicable), KYC/KYB verification materials.
- Billing: orders, invoices, payment references (sensitive payment data is handled by the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Service & usage metadata: instance status, egress IP, up/down traffic bytes, timestamps, connection counts — for billing, quota, and operations. We do not inspect the content transmitted inside your instance.
- Abuse signals: to detect resale/subletting, scanning, spam, and attacks we aggregate connection-level metadata (number and distribution of concurrent source addresses, destination fan-out, port and rate patterns). These are aggregate metadata, not traffic content — we do not decrypt your traffic. Suspected abuse goes to human review rather than automatic termination.
- Security logs: limited access/action logs kept for security and compliance.
2. How we use it
- Provision, run, and manage your instance; bill by usage and plan; send service notices.
- Ensure security, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and fraud; meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
- Payment processors / gateways: what’s necessary to complete payment.
- Infrastructure / providers: e.g., cloud and hosting infrastructure, only as needed to deliver the service.
- Legal requirements: disclosure to authorities to the extent lawfully required. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/reconciliation needs, then delete or anonymize. Usage history is retained for billing reconciliation and dispute handling.
5. Security
We encrypt sensitive data at rest (e.g., instance connection credentials) and apply access controls, auditing, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously harden.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us via the contact page.
7. Cookies
We use necessary session cookies to keep you signed in; no third-party ad tracking.
