This page sets out the refund and cancellation rules of Xingwang VPS LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Rules
- New-customer trial guarantee: a full refund is available within 7 days of your first subscription, provided no more than 10 GB of traffic has been used — so you can try it with confidence.
- Non-refundable: after 7 days or more than 10 GB of traffic used (your dedicated IP is now in service and needs a cleanliness cooldown); renewals (the guarantee applies to the first subscription only); termination caused by your breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy; promo / discounted / annual terms per the order page.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Paid fees are not prorated (except under the trial guarantee above).
- Method: refunded to the original payment method, usually initiated within 7 business days of approval. We do not issue store credit or hold prepaid balances.
- Contact us first: opening a chargeback instead of requesting a refund is treated as a violation — no refund and service is terminated.
- Enterprise / large orders may have custom terms.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket after signing in, or email support@xingwangvps.com with your account email and invoice number (INV-2026-XXXXXX). We usually reply within 2 business days.
